No — most of our customers install without prior LED experience using our step-by-step guides. If you'd prefer professional hands-on installation, we offer PixelView service engineers who travel to your site for a full mount-to-commission install.
The right pixel pitch depends on your viewing distance. As a rule of thumb, divide your minimum viewing distance (in feet) by 3.28 to get the maximum ideal pixel pitch in mm. Use our Pixel Pitch Selector to get a tailored recommendation for your space.
Every package ships complete: LED cabinets, mounting structure, LED controller (Novastar), signal cables, power cables, and a printed install guide. Nothing is sold separately that you'd need to operate the display.
Standard packages ship freight within 3–6 weeks of order confirmation. Custom configurations may vary. We send tracking information as soon as your order ships. Freight is delivered curbside — plan for a team to offload and move panels into the install location.
Most installations require a dedicated 20A, 120V circuit per power supply unit. Larger configurations may require 208V or multiple circuits. Exact specs are included in the Site Prep guide and in the technical documentation for your specific series. Always have a licensed electrician review requirements before install.
Our displays are compatible with any HDMI or DisplayPort source — laptops, media servers, PC/Mac, ProPresenter, vMix, Resolume, and most broadcast playout systems. The included Novastar controller accepts HDMI input and handles signal distribution to all panels automatically.
Yes. Use the custom quote form to submit your dimensions, pixel pitch preference, and use case. We'll spec and price a custom configuration for you, usually within 1–2 business days.
All packages include a 5-year warranty on panels and electronics. If a panel fails within the warranty period, we ship a replacement at no cost. Individual cabinet panels are front-serviceable on most series — swap takes under 10 minutes without special tools.

5-Year Panel Warranty

All LED cabinets and modules are covered against manufacturing defects, dead pixels, and driver failures for five full years from the date of delivery.
